Europe

Serving

The first region, and the anchor for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Everything else was brought up against what this one proved.

Recognising an emergency number is not the same as reaching a dispatcher. Where no certified provider is contracted, the call is refused with a reason rather than attempted and lost.

Region

Africa

Served from Europe

African traffic is anchored in Europe, and that is a decision rather than an oversight. Egress to Africa is billed at several times the European rate and infrastructure there is thin, so the trade is tens of milliseconds against a large multiple on every gigabyte.

Have a look around

Six people in one organisation, Telenaas Demo, each with a different role. Pick one and you are signed in as them.

What each of them can see and do below is read from the same permission catalogue the product authorizes against — not a description of it. If a card says somebody cannot do something, trying it is refused.

What to try, if you want to see the interesting part

  • Sign in as Amina and invite somebody on the People screen. You are only offered roles you hold yourself — you cannot give away authority you do not have.
  • Sign in as Ola (organizer) and look at the sidebar. There is no Billing and no Developers, because an organizer holds neither — and going to /app/billing directly does not help.
  • Sign in as Tomás (viewer) and open People. There is no invite form, and pressing the suspend button through the console is still refused by the context rather than by the missing button.
  • Sign in as Grace (agent), open a ticket from the Help desk, and reply. An internal note sits in the same thread, marked, and is never sent to the person who raised it.
  • Anybody: open Automation, install a ready-made one, and press Test on history. It runs against events that already happened and performs nothing.

Everything you do here is real. It writes to the demo organisation, appears in its audit ledger, and is visible to the next person who signs in. Meetings will say the media service is unavailable unless one is running, which is deliberate — we would rather say so than show a join button that leads to a black screen.

Dimmed languages set the page direction; their interface is still in English.
